Flat 1, Cotham Park. Self-Contained studio flat in a block of professionals (of varying disciplines). This flat is for postgrads/ Masters or final year students. It’s a quiet environment, part-Furnished, electric only and directly managed by the landlord. There is parking off-road. One caveat. There is no washing machine plumbing in one of the Studios, so s/he will have to go to the local laundrette. This is a central location between UWE and the city center. There is also a large range of shopping and frequent bus routes. Please note all student renters need a UK guarantor. This can be a family member or family friend who is happy to vouch that you’ll pay your rent and pay on your behalf if not. If you don’t have one, get in touch with us for an alternative option.
