Flat 14. Self-Contained studio flat in a block of professionals (of varying disciplines). This flat is for final year students, postgrads, or professionals. It’s a quiet environment, part-Furnished, electric-only, and directly managed by the landlord. There is parking off-road. As for the duration of the tenancy, Assured Shorthold up to our usual student change over time, so late June/ July. That can be discussed directly with the Candidate. This is a central location between UWE and the city center. There is also a large range of shopping and frequent bus routes. Please note all student renters need a UK guarantor.
