Flat 4 is one of four studios with access via the rear of the building. It’s a quiet environment, part-Furnished, electric only and directly managed by the landlord. There is parking on site. Part-Furnished (Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, study table, chair, small coffee table, comfy chair). Rent includes water + sewerage rates but excludes all other bills, such as electric and internet which the tenant is responsible for setting up accounts themselves. Please bear in mind, there is no plumbing for a washing machine; nearest launderette is in Cotham Hill (off the bottom of Whiteladies Road), and Zetland Road (that leads into Cheltenham Road/ Gloucester Road)
