Looking for a flatmate to take over a room in a top floor flat share in Southville. The flat is conveniently located a short walk from Asda and North Street, and about 20 minutes to the city centre. The room is available from the end of January/start of February, and while originally unfurnished, my flatmate will leave her bed, bedside table, and clothes rail. Rent is £850 per month including bills, with a £650 deposit. I'm a 27-year-old engineer who enjoys running and watching TV, and I value personal space.
