We're seeking a tidy female professional to take over Laura's room in our lovely flat share. You'll be living with Dani, 28, and Beth, 25, both professionals. The room is spacious and unfurnished, but Laura is selling some furniture. The flat includes a small kitchen, bathroom, and a large living room with great views, plus a balcony for summer BBQs. Bills are around £150 each monthly. We're looking for someone to stay for at least a year. Viewings are on 12th-15th January. No students, references required.
