We are a young couple seeking a friendly lodger to share our home in Montpelier. The spacious room features a king bed, writing desk, and access to a shared WC/shower room. You'll have access to the living room and kitchen, and we value a respectful and tidy housemate. Parking is limited, and we have a friendly cat, so no pets or allergies, please. Ideal for short-term stays, with a maximum of 3 months. Rent is £130 per week, including bills. Available from 2025-02-01.
