We have a lovely furnished room available in our friendly 4-bedroom flat in St Andrews, Bristol. It's available from 1st February 2025. The flat is a short walk from St Andrews Park and close to Gloucester Road and Montpelier station. We enjoy movie nights, dinners, and outings, but also value personal space. Rent is £575 with bills around £130 in warmer months. We prefer male flatmates to maintain gender balance, but finding the right fit is most important. Unfortunately, no students or pets are allowed.
