Double room available in a blue terraced house in Totterdown, co-owned by me and my brother. You'll share with me and one male housemate who works from home. The room includes a double bed and storage. The large kitchen has dining facilities and overlooks the garden. There's a shared living room, small garden, and a bathroom with a bath and shower. We're looking for a friendly, clean, and tidy professional, preferably vegetarian or vegan. Rent is £700 pcm, including council tax and broadband, but excludes utilities. Minimum term is 6 months.
