A double room is available in a lovely Victorian house next to Victoria Park from 1st April 2025. The room is on the first floor and overlooks a leafy street. The house features a large living room, a dining room connected to a garden with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. Sky TV, Wi-Fi, and all bills are included. The location offers easy access to the city center, parks, and local pubs/restaurants. We are a friendly group in our late twenties to early thirties, looking for clean and tidy housemates who share our interests. No pets or couples allowed. Viewings will be held soon.
