Lovely house share in a quiet area of Bristol, perfect for a friendly female housemate. The house is tidy and cozy, featuring a big garden with storage for bikes. It's a 20-minute bus ride to the city center and a short walk to local shops. The room is unfurnished, but furniture is available from the previous tenant. We have two living rooms, a nice kitchen, and a bright back room ideal for working from home. Looking for someone to move in ASAP with a lease starting in February. Bills are not included.
