We have a spare room for a female in our peaceful 1930's semi-detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac. The room is in a modern loft with a shower room shared with one other lodger. You'll have your own fridge and cupboard space, and bills are included. We are a Christian family with two teenagers and two cats. The room is available as a short-term let but needs to be vacated between 11th and 27th April and again from 12th June. The room size is approx 2.5m x 2.1m, including a small walk-in wardrobe. Free on-street parking is available.
