Looking for someone to take over my housemate's room in a bright two-bedroom flat in Redland. It's just 5 minutes from Clifton Down station and a big Sainsbury's. The room is furnished, except for the chest of drawers, and there's a desk in the living room ideal for working from home. Bills are about £190 a month, and the contract is on a monthly rolling basis. I'm a busy physio and prefer a respectful, clean, and tidy flatmate.
