The location is close to town, Park Street, and local amenities. The house offers ample storage, and you can set up an office if you work from home. There's also a sunny courtyard. Rent is £800 pcm, with some bills included. Minimum term is 3 months. Couples are not accepted, and pets are not allowed except for my cat.
