I will be away for long periods starting in September, so I am seeking someone to make this flat their home. I am a social worker who spends most of my time at my partner's house. The shared flat is priced at £600 per calendar month for a double room, available from 31st August 2024. Minimum term is 6 months with no maximum term. Deposit required is £300. Bills are included. No parking, garage, garden/terrace, balcony/patio, or disabled access. Shared living room and broadband included. One flatmate, aged 28, non-smoker, no pets, English-speaking British professional male. Couples not allowed, smoking and pets allowed. References required, no gender preference.
