Welcome to our new student accommodation: Swansea – SEREN. Located in the heart of the city close to universities and everything essential. Booking Deposit of £150 to confirm your booking, converted into a refundable security deposit at the start of your tenancy. Rent Payments options include Pay in Full or Pay in 3 installments with a UK Guarantor. Payment methods accepted are Recurring Card, Direct Debit, or Bank Transfer. Cash & Cheques not accepted. By paying the Holding Deposit, you agree to the terms and conditions. Your Security Deposit will be protected in a government-approved tenancy deposit protection scheme. You will receive an Offer of Accommodation via the Student Portal. Rent payment details and instalment schedule will be provided. Cancellation policy within the cooling off period allows for a full refund of the Holding Deposit. Standard office hours are between 10 am – 5 pm with emergency contacts available outside of office hours. Guests are allowed, but pets are not permitted.
