Beton House is located at the world famous Park Hill, Europe's largest listed structure which is built on top of one of the city's seven hills. Beton house is a repurposed property offering students a range of stylish rooms and studios in an iconic setting. The accommodation is located close to all the local amenities you might need including a pharmacy, a medical centre and a convenience store. Students can enjoy a range of on-site facilities including a gym, communal space and great outdoor area. There's also free WiFi throughout, handy laundry facilities and a friendly on-site accommodation team. Beton House gives you the option to live alone in a private, fully equipped studio, or enjoy an ensuite study room in a shared flat with friends. All of the rooms are extremely spacious and have ensuite bathrooms and ample storage. Studios come with a fully fitted kitchenette. All townhouse rooms are available on either 45 or 51 week contract.
