I have a double room available in a lovely house with a garden, just a 5-minute walk from Sandwell Hospital and local transport. The room is £475 per month, bills and wifi included. It's a friendly, quiet home shared with two women, and no couples or families are allowed. The room is not ensuite, with shared access to the bathroom, lounge, kitchen, and garden.
