Looking for someone to move into my room in a three-bedroom flat on the fifth floor from February. The flat features a large shared living room-kitchen, a balcony, and white goods. The room has a king-size bed, bedside tables, and a double wardrobe. The shared bathroom includes a bath-shower and ample storage. Located on the outskirts of the city centre, it's a five-minute walk to a large supermarket and gym. There’s a parcel room, communal study area with a coffee shop, and a pub next door. Move-in date is tentatively set for early February.
