I am looking for someone to take over my room in a flat share in Salford. I recently moved to Manchester but had an accident and need to return home. The room is a double en suite, available for £160 per week. The flat is furnished and includes bills, broadband, and has access to parking, a garage, and a garden. There are currently two male flatmates aged 24 to 35, and no pets or smoking are allowed. The maximum term for staying is 2 months, with a deposit of £200 required.
