I am looking for a flatmate as my current one is moving out. The flat is nice, close to town, and has a double room available with sole use of the main bathroom. The kitchen and living room are shared, and there's a lovely view of the canal. Regent retail park, with a gym and supermarket, is right across the road. Bills are around £150 each, plus council tax. I’m a 32-year-old nursing student who enjoys socialising and would like a flatmate to get along with. Flexible move-in date. Rent is £650 pcm, available now, with a minimum term of 6 months.
