Lovely 3-bed semi-detached house in North Manchester available for house share. Must be clean, tidy, and cat-friendly, as I have a sweet cat named Dolly. The room is not en-suite, but there is a downstairs loo and an upstairs bathroom. I enjoy socializing but also value my space. Located 3 miles from Manchester city center with nearby tram and bus access. When I'm away, you usually have the house to yourself, and I provide food for the cat. A fortnightly cleaner is included. It's essential we get along and respect each other's space.
