I have a lovely 3-bedroom semi-detached home in North Manchester with a garden, seeking a clean and tidy housemate who likes cats. The room is not en-suite, but there is a downstairs loo and an upstairs bathroom. I live 3 miles from Manchester city centre and 4 miles from Bury, with a tram stop a 10-minute walk away. You will usually have the house to yourself when I'm away, as long as you care for my cat, Dolly. A fortnightly cleaner is provided.
