I’m seeking a housemate for my bright, airy 2-bedroom flat in Portishead. It's just a 5-minute walk to the Marina and High Street, with easy access to the M5. The available room is fully furnished with a double bed and storage. I’m 43, work partly from home, and enjoy cooking, movies, and outdoor activities. I prefer a full-time working flatmate who is friendly and tidy. Rent is £675 pcm, including all bills, with a £400 deposit. Looking for someone to move in mid-March onwards. Mon-Fri lets considered.
