A non-refundable holding deposit of £100 is required to allocate a room. Unfortunately, the holding deposit cannot be refunded under any circumstances. When you move in, the holding deposit will be converted into a damage deposit and will be returned at the end of your license period, minus any damages. Prior to move-in, you will be required to top up the holding deposit to make it £250. Our developments are located in fantastic city center locations with excellent transport links nearby. We prioritize eco-friendliness and discourage students from bringing cars. Limited parking is available on a case-by-case basis, and if you genuinely need to keep a car at university, you can contact the management to discuss options. Public car parks are available near all our developments for when friends and family visit. Short-term car access is provided for dropping off or picking up belongings. Letting someone else store their things in your room is a breach of your License Agreement and invalidates your insurance coverage. Guests are welcome to stay for a maximum of two days per visit, but they need to sign in/out at reception. Guests are not provided with their own keys. Our facilities include a common room, on-site laundry facilities, on-site management, games room, study room, bike storage, WiFi, 24-hour security, CCTV, onsite security, secure door entry, and bills for electricity, gas, heating, and water are included.
