Full year's rent upfront unless UK guarantor. Rent can be paid in 3 or 4 installments. Cancellation Policy: Full refund of Holding Deposit within 14 days of original Accommodation Offer. Cancellation after cooling off period results in forfeiture of Holding Deposit. Terms for cancellation before and after entering into Tenancy Agreement outlined.
