Additionally, a grab and go breakfast is provided on weekdays. To confirm a booking, an advance rental payment equivalent to 2 weeks' rent is required, which will be deducted from the first rent installment. Vita Student also offers a No Visa, No Pay policy, allowing cancellation if you did not complete all necessary steps required by UKVI to complete your visa application or if your university was unable to issue you with a CAS Number. Proof must be provided within 48 hours for cancellation outside of the cool-off period. Guarantor requirements are not specified.
