This self-contained annexe attached to our home features a lounge, shower room, kitchen with dishwasher and fridge-freezer, and a small utility room with washing machine. We prefer a tenant for a temporary stay of up to 4 months as the property is on the market. Located 15 minutes from Bristol airport and a 5-minute walk from Nailsea town centre, we seek someone who will care for the annexe and allow prospective buyers to view it. We are a friendly couple available to assist with any property issues. Rent includes all bills.
