Ideally, I'm looking for someone for a Mon to Fri let, but I'm flexible. The house has two reception rooms, shared bathroom, laundry, and kitchen. No smoking indoors. There's a rear yard and a small front garden. I enjoy cooking, music, and studying. Rent is £600 pcm, bills included, with a £600 deposit. Available from 2024-12-28. Minimum stay is 4 months.
