I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in a fully furnished studio apartment in Manchester. All bills are included, and the building is managed with a concierge service. It's exclusively for students, including PhD candidates. The rent is £1150 per month, covering internet, and the apartment is modern with ample storage, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer.
