Looking for someone to take over my flatmate's room as he is moving out. The flat is just a 2-minute walk from Deansgate tram station, clean, furnished, and comfortable. The room includes a double bed, wardrobe, and drawers. I stay in an ensuite room, so the main bathroom is for your use only. Rent is £600 (bills not included), with a deposit of £693.
