I have a furnished double attic room available in my 3 bed Edwardian house in Whalley Range, shared with my son, two cats, and a King snake. The house features a clean shared bathroom, an extra toilet, and a lounge leading to a small garden. All bills are included, and a cleaner comes weekly. I'm looking for a lodger for Mon-Fri or short-term, who enjoys their own space but is easy-going. Previous lodgers have stayed from a few weeks to two years. The room is available from 2025-03-15.
