I'm relocating and seeking someone to take over my room in a lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat in Ancoats. The flat is unfurnished, but my flatmate Kristina has designed the shared space beautifully. The available room is an ensuite with ample space. The building features great amenities, including a gym and a social area. Bills are around £150/month, excluding council tax. You'll be sharing with Kristina, a clean and respectful product manager. The contract starts on January 1, 2025, but early move-in is possible.
