A lovely double room is available in our friendly house share as Emily is moving out. The room is priced at £330 plus bills, with ample space for a desk. Located on St. Anne's Road, it's close to Barlow Moor Road's bars and restaurants and just a 7-minute walk to the tram. The official move-in date is February 18th, but early move-in is possible. Bills are approximately £160 per month, covering council tax, utilities, and broadband. We're Molly and Beth, active and sociable housemates looking for someone clean and tidy to join our home.
