Looking for a new flatmate in our bright, spacious flat with a balcony in Whalley Range, close to Chorlton. The area offers great shops, cafes, and bars, and is well-connected by bus and tram. The room is unfurnished, but you can buy a double bed and wardrobe from the current flatmate. Bills are around £115/month. Current flatmates are Gabby, 23, in publishing, and Megan, 24, working in a cafe. We're friendly and looking for someone easygoing to join us. Rent is £495 pcm, minimum term of 12 months.
