Looking for a new flatmate for a room in my flat. I'm currently away until 6th March, but viewings can be arranged after that date. The room is a double and costs £625 pcm, with a deposit of £700. The minimum term is 12 months, and bills are not included. The flat has parking, a garden/patio, and shared broadband. I'm a 25-year-old professional female, and I'm not suitable for students. Interests include music, travelling, art, films, cinema, hiking, fashion, and pub quizzes.
