We are seeking a 3rd housemate for our Fallowfield house share. Located on Braemar Road, it's a short walk to shops, bars, and gyms, with ample unrestricted street parking. The house features a new kitchen, shared living room with a 55'' smart TV, and a decent-sized double room (3.3mx3.5m) that comes furnished. We prefer someone tidy who can get along well with us. The current housemates are a 33-year-old male and a mid-20s female. Bills are not included, and the house is council tax band B. Message to arrange a viewing!
