Looking for a friendly, tidy housemate to share my cute house in Newton Heath. I have a fully furnished double room available. I'm a musician and would love to live with someone similar, but it's not a must. I also have a friendly 4-year-old cat named Bella. The house is well-connected to Manchester city centre, with easy access to public transport. I prefer someone to move in by December 16th, but can be flexible. Minimum stay is 6 months. Rent is £570 pcm, with bills included. One month rent and a £300 deposit required.
