I have a large double bedroom available in my flat share from mid-January, around the 13th. The house is fully furnished, located near Fog Lane park, and is shared with me and my friendly French bulldog, Richard. Rent is £600 pcm, with bills around £195 p/m. The area is quiet, just 5 minutes from the train station, and I prefer a clean, tidy housemate. I enjoy brunches and quiet evenings but am open to socializing.
