We are seeking 2 long-term housemates for sunny, unfurnished rooms in a cozy Chorlton house. Located on a quiet road, it's a 10-minute walk from Firswood tram stop. The house features a large living room, kitchen, garden, and parking space. Both rooms are bright with large windows; one overlooks the spacious garden. Rent is £450 PCM plus bills (~£110 PCM). Minimum tenancy is 6 months with a rolling contract thereafter. We're a friendly vegan household who enjoys cooking and hosting gatherings. Both rooms are available from 2025-04-17, with some flexibility on the date.
