I'm Jamie, looking for someone to take over my flatmate's room as he moves out in March. The flat is near New Islington tram stop and a short walk to Aldi and Pure Gym. It features a 24-hour concierge, residents' lounge, and outdoor terrace. I'm open to living with anyone who respects the space and keeps it tidy. I work in sales and spend most evenings at the gym or out with friends. A £50 fee is required for referencing, and a deposit of 5 weeks' rent. Bills are around £200 each.
