I'm looking for someone to take over my part of the tenancy in a new build 2-bedroom flat. My room is a double en-suite. The flat is practically brand new as we moved in July 2024. My housemate is away 2-4 days a week, giving you plenty of space. I'm seeking someone to take over from the end of February but could arrange for an earlier move-in if everything goes smoothly. Rent is £770 pcm, with a deposit of £865. Bills are not included, and parking is available.
