Monthly rent is £1100 per month with some bills included. Suitable for couples or singles. Following bills are included in the rent: Council tax, water, broadband and tv licence. Following bills are excluded from rent: Gas and Electricity. At the end of each month all tenants will be presented with an elec bill based on actual meter readings and then equally split between the number of tenants (3). Each then will refund me back their share of the used amount. At the moment the average amount per person is £40-50 per person per month depending on the month and usage. The gas is on top up meter and each tenant takes turns to do the top ups. Deposit is £1100 and will be secured in a deposit scheme. You will be sharing the apartment with 3 other professionals.
