No Visa No Pay policy allows cancellation and a full refund if you did not complete necessary steps required by UKVI to complete your visa application, or if your university was unable to issue you a CAS Number for your visa due to incomplete application steps. To be eligible for cancellation outside of the cool-off period, you must provide proof within 48 hours. The latest date to cancel if you are declined a visa is 16th August 2023.
