I have a large double room available to rent in my house near Speke Retail Park. The house has good transport links and parking on my drive. I'm looking for a new flatmate to move in preferably by April. You will have full access to the house, including the garden and conservatory. I have strong WiFi, Sky TV, and bills will be split.
