We're a group of second-year students at the University of Liverpool looking for a new housemate after one of us dropped out. Our spacious house features a large living area and kitchen, three bathrooms across three floors, and includes bills. Amenities include a washer, dryer, and outdoor space. We're all aged 20 to 21, and we prefer students only. No pets or smoking inside. Couples are not allowed. Rent is £140 per week for a double room, with a £250 deposit. Join us!
