The location is ideal, close to Sefton Park, Smithdown High Street, and Lark Lane, with easy access to the city centre via buses. The room has a single bed but can accommodate a double bed and wardrobe if desired. I value a kind, clean, and trustworthy flatmate. Communal spaces include the bathroom, living room, and kitchen. No smoking or pets allowed. The apartment is furnished with my own furniture, but you can bring small items to personalize your space. Rent is £500 pcm, bills included.
