The room is a medium-sized single with a large walk-in wardrobe and your own bathroom. Rent is £400/month for part-time or £550/month for full-time (up to 3 months). Bills included. You'll have kitchen access, but lounge access is limited during my work hours. Close to universities and hospitals, it's ideal for someone who enjoys cooking. Minimum stay is 1 month, maximum 6 months. Deposit is £400.
