Our agency requires a holding deposit equivalent to one week’s rent to progress your application. Please return your application form within 48 hours to avoid delays. The holding deposit will be deducted from your total balance. A tenancy cannot be finalized until the first month’s rent and bond are fully paid. A guarantor may be requested by the landlord. The holding deposit is non-refundable if key facts are omitted or false, leading to application decline. Once paid, the property is reserved, and future viewings are canceled. No refund will be issued if the tenant decides not to proceed or fails to move in on the agreed date.
