The house comprises of a large kitchen/lounge area with a full sized fridge and freezer, 2 built-in ovens, washer/dryer, large corner sofa, and TV on the lower ground floor. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and three bedrooms on the second floor, all with their own en-suite shower room. Finally, there is a self-contained studio on the third floor which has its own kitchen area with fridge/freezer and built-in oven and en-suite shower room. Water rates are included in the rent and a free WIFI connection is provided. Tenants are responsible for setting up and paying the cost of electricity (from 1st July); however, the landlord gives each tenant a contribution towards the costs. The tenancy agreement is for 52 weeks starting 1st July and ending 30th June; however, we offer 50% discounted rent for 8 weeks of the summer period (from 1st July – 26th August) for non-occupancy. Payment Options: If you can provide a UK based Guarantor, you can pay the rent in four instalments as follows: 1st July 2023 – 12 weeks of rent payable with 8 weeks discounted by 50% for non-occupancy (equivalent to 8 weeks of rent), 25th September 2023 – 16 weeks of rent payable, 8th January 2024, 29th April 2024 – 8 weeks of rent payable.
