The property features shared communal living spaces, a rear garden, and unallocated off-street parking available on a first-come basis. All properties require a minimum six-month stay, with a security deposit of at least one month’s rent. Rent is paid one month in advance, and tenants are responsible for insuring personal possessions and paying utilities.
